Everytime I go to pee, I'll have perfectly fine aim, and sometimes the pee goes shooting towards the left, or the right, or the wall, or in 2 directions at once, or drizzles a bit and goes backwards! Can anyone tell me what is wrong? No I am not squeezing or bending when this happens.

What the heck is wrong with my penis?

Have you noticed whether or not it is the first pee after an ejaculation? Semen is kind of sticky and small amounts will dry inside the urethra acting as a "glue" to hold the two sides together, which changes the direction of the flow. The pressure of the urine causes it to find a way around the "blockage", dissolves the dried semen, and returns the flow to normal.I always kind of knead the head of my penis with my thumb and forefinger first to break the "glue bond."

"A renegade hair could be blocking the urethra causing the stream to split."
yep-yep-yep

if your not circumsized. that could be the problem. try pulling the skin back a bit

It is obvious that the problem here is caused by phimosis. You are trying to urinate from within your foreskin, yes? Try retracting it a little before you urinate, like the previous poster has said.
