I've noticed something rather curious, and I'm wondering whether I am totally alone. For the last couple of months, if I eat something totally unhealthy (chips, fried food, chocolate, sugar-laden nonsense) I feel physically ill; it all seems too cloying, I just start to feel slow and almost, fatty? I've gone so far as to throw out nearly full bags of chips, or to forget about a container of ice creamI figure it's probably related to cognitive beliefs (I guess I had a change in attitude/lifestyle)...regardless. Anyone else here find they just cannot handle their previously favorite snacks?

No I doubt that, I still have a healthy appetite; and regular foods don't have a negative effect on me.Getting Hep would be an EXTREME long shot (Having never been exposed to those conditions) In my line of work I'm more likely to get TB, lol.

'Getting Hep would be an EXTREME long shot (Having never been exposed to those conditions)'Bear in mind it only needs a carrier in a take-away food stall

I've had my Hep vaccinations, do my tests, and I have no symptoms at all.My question being if people actually fell physically different from eating overly sugary/fatty foods (IE: in the movie "Supersize me") especially those who deviate from an otherwise healthy diet.

Fitzroy, eh? I was born there, grew up in North Melb, studied in Geelong and now live on the Mornington Peninsula. Small world.
