As stated in my previous post...Im a bit overweight. Right now i weigh 16st which is about 100kg. Don't get me wrong though, im 5ft 9 and have alot of muscle...but mostly it is covered by fat. I want to know how i can lose atleast 15kg safely, without having the fear of putting it all back on a few months later.. Any ideas?

Diet, diet, diet. Some exercise wouldn't hurt either, but diet is far more important.
One thing that helped me is when I go shopping, I do not buy anything unhealthy. No chips, biscuits, soda etc. Not buying the food is easy enough, where I go wrong though is if I have the food readily avaliable at home. If I know there's a block of chocolate in the fridge, there's a damn good chance I'll eat it. No matter how strong my disipline is. So I simply don't have junk food in the kitchen.
If you cut out all unhealthy foods you should have no trouble losing weight, especially if you are mostly muscle, which suggests that you have an active lifestyle.

I would totaly recomend going to the gym almost daily and a healthy lifestyle. Swimming and the exercise bikes or the old fassioned tredmill are a great way to loose a bit of weight. Even when you havnt lost the desired about of weight you want you will feel better about yourself. But once you loose the weight you want, keep going to the gym so you stay looking and feeling good! I would recomend taking a friend with you too to keep you motivated, its hard to keep to set goals alone. Being healthy and keeping in shape will make you feel and look beter and will make you live longer and have less health problems. There is no "easy" way to loose weight but some ways are much better for you than others. Loosing weight WILL take time, I'm expecting to have to wait 5 - 6 months before I get my weight to how I want and about 5 years before I have the amount of strength and muscle I want. Just keep at it and good luck
