Less of more? Or more of less?weight vs reps? What is more important to building muscle? Or should you just do a bunch of both?

Less of more? Or more of less?

Less of more for strictly building muscle and strength. More of less for less bulk but you'll get tone, strength, and endurance (less top lifting strength). Now it's important to continuously switch things up a bit, but in general you want to go for less reps of heavier weights to bulk up.

So if I want to be toned, but not bulky, because thats not my thing. This is a little extreme, and would take a long time to achieve, but: This guy So like should i do more of less?

That comes from diet more than weights. Calculate your daily energy needs, weigh everything you eat and make sure that you're always about 20-30 calories under what you need each day. Then again, some people have good genes and do that without trying.

Images are turned off because people put up LARGE pictures which take a long time to download on slow connections and to prevent people from posting inappropriate or explicit picture that will pop up on your screen and the most innapropriate tiem.
