i do not have time to work out during the day so currently i start working out about 2 30 am and go to sleep after a 1 and a half hour session. i usually wake up about 2am and do my daily routine then proceed to work out the following early morning.my question is this- is it bad for me to be working at that time?
I'm confused, you work out at 2:30am for one and a half hours, then goto sleep at 4am. Then you get up at 2am and work out again before work?The only thing I've heard about workout times (and this is only what I've "heard", so don't take it too seriously) is that when you sleep your spine decompresses and increases in length. After you wake up, it takes about 3-4hours for it to recompress (you actually get shorter). What I heard is that you shouldn't put heavy stress on your spine during this early hours, like squats and such.
