Well increase how far you go each day in the stretching.

Yes, yoga can help significantly. However, depending on the scale of flexibility you desire, your methods can differ. For example, a general complete body stretch in the morning can help alot in general movement. However, if you want to folding your legs around your head, yogas the best choice.

Why does everthing have to so far away from me... I don't know anywhere around me that teaches yoga. :frowning:
Although, someone I know did yoga, maybe she can teach me. That would be a little weird tho. lol

It's just to stay flexible, and be more flexible. I do a bunch of acting and dancing. So yeah.

definitely yoga. Since i have been doing yoga i can stretch and contort in ways i never was able to do before.Relax into the poses and you be Mr Flexible in no time!
