I recently read Freuds theory of innate bisexuality. Basiclly it theorizes that everyone is born with some degree of bisexuality. My female friends and i brought it up to discuss and most of the have had an experience with the opposite sex ect. and on the male genitalia forum there is a large post about (mostly) straight guys giving each other oral sexSounds like Freud ,even in his day, was theorizing some very interesting ideas.Discussion?

Innate Bisexuality

I really dont know how I'd describe myself regarding sexuality to be honest. I suppose I'd say I was hetro if anybody asked, but I'd know that couldnt be entirely the case since I've had two female lovers in the (long distant) past.Maybe because I havent been intimate with a woman in a long time that part of my sexuality is 'sleeping'? It takes a very special woman to excite me in that way. I dont believe though, that bisexuality is common to us all. I've known plenty of men and women who just genuinely wouldnt be into it.

i think of sexuality as more of a contineum then being one thing or another.also ive read or been told about alot of freuds theorys and happen to think alot of them r total horse shit and the guy just had a dirty mind.all that crud about being sexually attracted to ur opposite sex parent when u were a todler and being jealous of ur same sex parent cuz the got 2 b with ur um/dad is just fucked...lots of it is dumb

Are you talking about Oedipus complexes and Electra complexes? Most of it is disturbing, but just because its disturbing doesnt mean it isnt true/possible.

i can empathize with freud and innate bisexuality.... i'm not above believing that under the perfect circumstances anyone would ingage in homosexual activity. no matter how strait they come to believe they are.

I wouldnt agree with that Croix; I know one man who, (and no offence to any gay people on here, I'm just relating an incident) when some drunken gay bloke chancing his arm in a pub toilet felt his arse, actually vomited into the urinal infront of him he was so repulsed by the idea.
I really dont think you could say bisexuality, even in some latent form, is inherant to us all. I mean, a man like that for example, I think you could put on a desert island in exclusively male company and I couldnt imagine him getting round to getting it on!

I should convert to Bisexuality....sounds fun! Plus, you get like.... sex?And you don't discrimate! You love both sexes!
