I am a 20 year old guy who kinda ignored the advice my doctor gave me over a decade ago. I am uncircumsized, but can stretch the skin back fairly easily. My problem is that I haven't focused on stretching the skin back, and the head of my penis is extremely sensitive, in a sore/painful-to-the-touch way. I usually masturbate by rubbing the foreskin over the head rather than the head itself, and when my girlfriend tried to give me oral/handjob, the discomfort got in the way.The worst was when we try to put a condom on, and roll the skin back: when the condom touches the exposed head, the sore feeling kills the erection (VERY frustrating). I also do not have much sensation after rolling the condom down and going at it, mostly because I think the discomfort is distracting/diminishing the erection.Has anyone else had similar problems, and what can I do to fix it?Thanks!

Hypersensitivity (pain!) of the glans

Hey man - the fix for this is easy - and yes, alot of us uncut guys have experienced this. The way to overcome this is by directly stimulating the head of your penis. Rub it, touch it, masturbate using lube and focus on the head - do anything to expose the head to touch. Yes, it is giong to be supersensitive and maybe painful at times to do this...but I assure you that in time the sensitivity will decrease and the head of your penis will be intensely pleasureable. I know, I've been there! I'll be glad to chat with you about this man - feel free to PM me as well. Good luck - now get to work, you'll be glad you did!

Thanks! Do you pull the foreskin back before putting on a condom? That's what kept killing me >.<

Yes, its best to slide your foreskin back, then put on the condom. That makes penetration easier and although the skin might slide back and forth inside the condom some it is usually better this way. Keep us posted man...
