ok, well in highschool, ur age is really important. i've heard alot of girls say that they would NEVER go out with a guy younger than them. the girl i talked aobut in the other post not so long ago is almost turning 16 in like 4 months and i'm still 14 although we are both sophmores. basically wut is ur thought about the difference in age and are all girls pick about age?

No, it depends on your level of maturity. If the girl has a problem with age based on numbers then she's not mature enough herself. I've dated plenty of them, a few separated by several years.
In my personal experience older women prefer younger guys. But I'm 22 and you're 14, and we're both totally different people. I've always looked and acted older than I was, and never once had a girl immediately lose interest because I'm a few years younger.I guess what I'm saying is if you feel like a kid going up against an older more mature woman, you already lost.

no totally not, she and i are like the same.......but she's sooo much hotter

I don't think all girls are picky about age, but frequently younger boys aren't mature enough to be good company and that may be what you are encountering. There are exceptions though, and they might be worth looking for.

yeah. i've gone out with two guys that were younger than me. one was at the same maturity level as i was and we had a great relationship. but the other wasn't as mature as i was then and it ended really badly.

I have the same problem. Theres a few girls I like in my classes but they've got so much more spunk than me. They're a lot hotter than me...I think. Maybe I just have a low self-esteem or something. I went out with one girl who was wayyy ahead of me and she was a big mistake considering who she was (bad stuff...). What happens really is like it feel your about to jump into a 400 ft drop with the anticipation and then you just ask it. If they say yes it feels great! I've never been rejected before so I don't know about that...

Age diffence becomes less important as you get older it seems. When I was 2 my ex girlfriend was 18. lol
Back in high school, there was a big difference in maturity levels throughout the grade levels. Being a teenager is so funked up.
