I'm not sure why, but I guess im getting a slight hump in my upper back area, im not sure if its from sloutching to much or on the computer to much, but does anyone know how to get rid/prevent it from getting larger? Also I have really bad neck problems, from time to time I can turn my neck to the left and to the right and it will crack alot and if i massauge it, it feels like all the muscels are pulled, should i see a doctor?
