Building up some chest muscle

Oh, first it's runner's legs and now it's swimmer's legs... psshhh But to the original poster, I'm actually having a problem with my shoulders and upper back right now from having too tight of chest muscles and I need to correct that by working the backs of my shoulders and my back muscles at the moment and stretching out. That's what I get for doing so much swimming and not stretching properly or being sure to equally work some of the neglected muscles. Take Helms advice and be sure to do a balanced program that gives adequate work to all opposing muscle groups (biceps - triceps, hamstrings - quadriceps, etc).

My advice:Play basketball and/or football Do lots of pull ups(if you do them regularly they will have amazing results)Go to the gym everyday for about 1-3 hours depending on how much time you haveSWIMMING A LOT WILL HAVE GRAT EFFECTS!!!Do that for at least 2 weeks and you'll have results, I do it every day just to make sure I stay in shape
