ive kinda figured out a diet plan..Breakfast- either a breakfast bar on my way to the bus (because i have no time in the morning) or i wake up early.. have some orange juice and some cereal.. special k or raison bran.. we always have good cereals..Lunch: Veggies and dip.. carrots, cucumbers, kolarobi (SP?), califlower, broccoli..all the nummy stuff and water.. probably 2 cleminties..Snack for when i get home.. ( so much work im exhausted :Im not quite sure yet.. sometimes i grab a slice of lunch meat or summit.. (maybe someone can post a good snack:O)Dinner: Meat and a salad.. or chicken and rice and a salad.. nummy:)Snack: some veggies or an apple.. or a pomagranit (SP? MMMM)what ya all think? oh!plus i exersize alot.. everynight i dont work i either do taebo or go for a long brisk walk.. what do u think?Will it work?

ok pink...you got the right idea but i think you need to make your meals a bit bigger. for breakfast you might want to eat more than just a breakfast bar... what about peanut butter with some toast? fruit and yogurt? for lunch have some protein too... maybe add in a sandwich. lunchmeat or tuna would do just fine. you might want to add in some protein at your snacks too...

well if you don't like "big" meals you should still have a mix of protein, fat and carbs at each meal. adjust portion size to your preference.
