Sometimes I get gas from eating cereal for breakfast and sometimes I don't. Can the gas also be from the things that you previously ate like dinner?

Breakfast and gas?

Maybe you can't tolerate the milk.

_Maybe you can't tolerate the milk. _
I usually drink 2+ cups of milk a day along with milk from cereal. I've been doing that for a while and I don't get gas from it.
I feel fine from all the milk oh and by the way, the cereal that I usually have is Raisin Bran. Is it the type of cereal that could be giving me gas? -
i just have gas all day every day, s' down right embarrising when its a quiet class room and i got a loud and proud one to let rip

-
no way man, now that i think about it, let em suffer, i should stand up, streach and just let er rip.
-
yea, maybe i'll refrain from farting in class
-
The teacher might be glad if you do, because if he's been uncomfortably clenching one in, he could let it out under your cover.
Dridje, it could be what you had the night before. Another meal can help push everything through.
-
Yea, thanks. I'll make sure I don't have something that is extremely gassy the night before.
-
sometimes it 'can be' the artificial coloring and/or flavoring that is used on certain cereals.....
-
LMAO!!!! that made my day helms.
-
Thanks, I'll try that soon and see if it helps.
-
it could be rom what you had for dinner as well.the empty space created in the stomach contains gas annd the pressure goes down when you fill the stomach with breakfast in the morning- thats why. some people drink milk instead to get pressure to remove their gas...
-
I'm not quite sure I follow that. The stomach is not a rigid container. When it empties, it collapses. It doesn't fill with air.
Dridje, bran and other kinds of fiber can cause gas. Try eliminating bran for a day or two, and see what happens. Lots of healthy vegetables, like the cruciferous ones, tend to cause gas. Eggs will make the gas smell nastier.
