i wanna lose weight but i dont have much motivation.i have absolutely NO confidence..i never had. ive had a VERY hard few months and i put on weight. how can i get the motivation to lose it? and what excersices should i do to get rid of my "spare tire"?? o and around my hips. also, will it be possible to lose a bra size if i lose weight???please helpthanx

Anyway have you should encourage yourself and tell yourself that you will lose weight. Also eat health, get some excercise.
You could also try to get your friends to encourage you and support you on what you are trying to do.
Thats just my opninion........I hope it can be any help. :scream_cat:

When you lose a certain amount of weight, you reward yourself with something that you like. Thanks for the hugs!

i did that. my goal while i was over here was to lose some weight,n i wanted to get a tattoo. so i said i wasnt gona get it til id lost some weight,then i decided that i wanted a 2nd hole in my ears too so i said its like a lil step. if i go out walking every day 4 2 weeks then its a start to losing some weight n then il get my ears pierced. n i did n i hav so...

i just feel like i let myself go and i hate myself for it. i keep saying "o im gonna diet tomorrow" but then i never do. im tired of putting things off and i just want to lose weight, and actually feel good about myself. i want to lose around 50lbs by next summer.
