Oh I didn't mean like what you're doing like what are you feeling from this? Are you finding this hard? I sort of envy you for taking this change all of the sudden to improve your life if you continue.

thats great! but remember, don't stop for even one week, al lthe exsersie things i have ever doen ended liek this Week 1: worked hardweek 2: missed a day or 2week 3: what excersise?

There was a study done that said that exercise helps relieve cramps... And it's true, even if you feel like crap when you first start.Also, persistence is the hardest part of losing weight... A lot of people can work really hard for a short time, like a month... But not very many have the will to stick with it.

i'm sure you don't actually HATE your body. write a list of all the things you like about your body - you might be surprised. then losing weight wont become the be all and end all, not to say you should be less committed - just less stressed about it xx
