For a while now, I don’t know how long – maybe a year or two, I have been feeling a slight pain in one of my testicles. Yesterday, I took 2 ibuprofens (1 more than what I was supposed to) and another anti-inflammatory to help my carpal tunnel/tendonitis problem(I usually don’t take medication for it). I noticed that after this my right testicle began to hurt a lot more than usual and it continues to hurt now. I looked for what possible problems could be on the internet and I’m afraid I might have testicle torsion. I don’t THINK my testicle is swollen or any bigger than the other. Are there any sure signs that I’d have with testicle torsion?Btw, I can’t just go to the doctor because I don’t have any medical insurance.

Testicle problem

Do you have any doctor friends or medical student friends that might be able to help you out?

unfortunately, no.

If you indeed have testicular torsion, leaving it untreated this long has no doubt led to loss of the testicle and it will have to be surgically removed. Fortunately, this may not be your problem. You need to seek out a clinic or some other medical care right away.

I doubt it's testicle torsion, which causes very severe pain. However, you shouldn't just ignore pain in a testicle. It's worth paying money over.

could be any number of problems from underwear that are too tight to a hernia. best advice is to get examined. with no insurance it might cost a few bucks to get checked out now but far better to spend a few dollars now than wind up with it needing some really expensive treatment later (and possibly some nasty consequences). Alternatively go get insurance, wait a month or three then find a doctor...
