how do u get ur muscles to get rock hard, u can see mine they r just not hard...

Then you need to accumlate more muscle, lose body fat, or both. Rock hard isn't much of an indicator of anything though. I'd be more concerned with how they appear, and even more so in what kind of shape you're in for whatever activities you persue.

You won't get them to be "rock hard" after only a month, unless you're super human or do lots of steroids(or just work really really hard for a month to get them rock hard, and I mean really hard, which wouldn't be fun). Personally to stay in best shape, I like to play lots of sports, go swimming, work out at the gym for about an hour ever day. Not a tight schedule, just a litle bit every day, plus lots of basketball(best sport ever, and football). Thing is you don't wanna over work yourself, just take it a step at a time.
