one of my really good friends, is randomly moving in her dad.which, her dad lives bout 40 minutes away.Ugh.
-
Grrrrrrrr. I can't stand thissss.
-
Yes, it's a bit like someone dying. People expect you to be very upset if a friend dies, but their moving away has almost the same effect for you.
-
well, it's not like u can't see her. I had a good friend move to Florida and another that might go to either Florida/Greece.
-
It's terrible, and it's a lot worse when you are at school and constantly reminded of them.
-
thats no sooo bad, 40 mins is doable i spose.
when i was younger i had an extreamly close friend who moved over to Aus...wonder what happened to her....

It not like dying. Dying is a lot worse. If somebody dies nobody can never ever see them again. 40 minutes isnt realy very much. It takes me like 45 minutes to get to college every day.

Really? I think it's almost worse. At least when a person dies, there is a clean cut, where you will never see them again. In the case of someone moving far away, where you will never see them... Everytime you talk to them, the old pain comes back. Everytime you read what they've written to you, you feel depressed, because you know you can't be with them, and there's almost no where else you'd rather be. Because when someone dies, you know that that's it, I'll see you when I die, but if someone's alive, it's agonizing, because you know you still can see them, but you can't, because you can't afford to. Moving far away should be up there with dying. I know how it feels when someone close dies, and when someone close moves... I cried more for the person who moved.

maybe u just lied the person who moved more then the 1 who died

40 miles, meh thats nothing, thats maybe 50 minute drive? My closet friend left is about 180 miles away =/
