Pulling out

Pulling out is a risky method, you may have some precum before pulling out and she may get pregnant from that, or you might not pull out intime. If she is on the pill, its not 100% effective but its pretty safe, if you know that neither of you have any STDs, then yes. If you pullout while she is on the pill that personally I think thats pretty good.

if me and my girlfriend have sex and i pull out before i ejaculate can she still get pregnant?yes. though pulling out can theoretically be an effective method of birth control, in practice its very risky. If 100 couples use this method perfectly for a year 4 of them will get pregnant. however, most people do not have the discipline neccessary to use it perfectly and occasionally pull out too late, or not at all. so the reality is that 27 of those couples will get pregnant because they didn't use the method perfectly.for comparison:withdrawl (pulling out) 4% perfect, 27% typicalcondoms 2% perfect, 15% typicalthe pill, .3% perfect, 8% typicalhttp://www.contraceptivetechnology.com/table.htmlwhat about if shes on the pill.... can we have sex without a condom?the pill does not protect against sexually transmitted diseases, so if you and your partner are at risk for STDs then you need to continue using condoms. if niether you nor your partner has ever had oral, anal, or vaginal sex with another person, and if neither of you have ever shared needles in drug use, then you are fine. not all STDs show symptoms immediatly if at all, so if you think you are at risk get both of yourselves tested. you can get STD tests at planned parenthood for a reduced price or even free.http://www.plannedparenthood.org/the pill and condoms each have fairly high typical failure rates for preventing pregnancy, and so i'd recomend that anyone on the pill continue using condoms just to reduce the risk. on the pill alone, the typical failure rate is 8%. if you use both condoms and the pill together the typical failure rate would be 1.2%
