I'm somewhat of a slim guy. Before the summer, I was 6 feet 2 inches weighing at ~150 pounds. Then during the summer, I worked at the hospital and ate my breakfast and lunch there. EXTREMELY unhealthy. So greasy, fatty, and meaty. And over the summer I didn't do much excersizing except for serving ~100-200 tennis balls almost everyday. So by the end of the summer, I grew 1 inch taller and packed on ~35 more pounds and had an incredible serve.Currently I'm training off-season tennis with my friends. The other day, my coach showed up the other day to practice with us and he made us do a running drill. Tennis is a very physical and mental sport. I don't know if the statistics are still considered the same, but you have to run the most in tennis PLUS you must endure all the strain from hitting the ball, since advanced players (I guess I can call myself that) put their body weight into it, which is really tiring after many hits. But anyways in this drill, we had to side-step back and forth extremely fast and hit the balls. DAMN I WAS TIRED. My legs felt like they were about to give up on me and blow out. Last year during the season, it wasn't near this amount of pain for me, as it actually was somewhat easy. Also what's REALLY weird is, I'm sweating SOOOOOO MUCH. I live in Arizona and it gets REALLY hot, but last year, I almost NEVER sweated.1. Why is there this much sweat?2. Is there anything I can do to get my body back into tiptop shape, without really messing up my time schedule? (basically something that is quick)3. Because of all this extra weight, some of the fat went to my cheeks so it looks like babyfat. Removable?

Thanks.
Also is the sweat caused by me burning off my excess fat? Seriously, I'm sweating insanely, well at least hundreds of percents higher than last year.

Thanks for the insight.Another thing-I get really dehydrated really quickly. I don't know if it's because of my high metabolic rate or whatever, but my body consumes a TON of water. If I drink just some, I'm still so dry. Like today, I was being pushed to go faster in this running drill, and after doing it a few times my mouth was like COMPLETELY dry, and when I coughed I wanted to throw up (I do also have a case of asthma, but it's not severe) My grandmother used to tell me to put some salt in the water I drink which will cause my body to take in more water. Is this true? Gatorade/Powerade apparently doesn't work for me. After I drink one of them, my mouth feels dry, but it feels refreshing for like 30 seconds in my body, and then I feel dehydrated completely.Any techniques on what I can do?
