Whenever I urinate, the tip of my penis (starts around 1" from tip) inflates with urine. It's not particularly painful, however, I do have to apply pressure before the urine is expelled... any ideas?? Much appreciated! I am a healthy 26yr old male and this has happened for as long as I can remember. I also have a severe problem with premature ejaculation and wondered if the 2 could be linked. Thanks, Mark

Penis inflates when urinating

????? Are you circumcised or not? If you are not and you have a forskin, it would seem that you have a bad case of phimosis. You should be able to retract the forskin.

one thing i hate about my mother, she saw that on me and actually thought it was funny instead of telling me to GO TO THE DAM DOCTOR

It sounds like something is blocking the urethra near the tip of your penis. You should have it looked at by a urologist. I'm sure he'd quickly figure out whatever the problem is.
I doubt that it has anything to do with premature ejaculation.

Do you think the penis could "inflate" on a guy if the urethra is blocked? I don't know. I don't think it would.
I have a feeling this guy is not circumcised and has "pinhole phimosis". The opening is so small that when he urinates, the urine can not pass and the foreskin "balloons".

Could be. If I block urine flow, the whole thing inflates a bit.In any case, having it looked at by a doctor couldn't hurt. It sounds like something is not quite right.
