Hi everyone, i was taking a shower the other day and i noticed a few of my hairs had grown on my shaft. Thinking it looked odd i shaved the few off and was realy shocked by the results. Now its nice and smooth and i dont think it looks as ugly in fact it looks sexy lolNow im considering shaving the whole thing Is there any guys out there that have done this? All i want to know is how it affects you and whether it looks as sexy as i reckon it would and maybe any good and safe ways to do it.And also, for any of the female kind out there, what is your view on a man shaving his pubes? Much apreciated, Mark

To Shave or Not to Shave??

Welcome to A2A hon women like different things in their men, i prefer my man shaved, others don't like the look at all....... so there is no definitive answer to that one, its all down to your own personal preference and that of any partner you have. I find the best way is to shave my manthing with a nice sharp razor and plenty of shaving gel/cream (note no menthol cos it gets cold around the nuts and apparently its not as funny as it looks - well ok i laughed LOL)

i've shaved my pubes. it itches really badly once it starts growing back.

I love shaving my pubes every now and then. Some tips (granted you are using a razor to shave):1. Use a clean razor every time.2. Put some shaving lotion beforehand.3. Make smooth movements to ensure you won't get cut4. Apply some baby oil or moisturizing lotion after shaving.(makes the itching go away).

I shaved my pubes once, and had all of the problems everyone else has reported. It's a bugger to cut through that thick of hair, on that sensitive of skin. It itches like hell, and even down-right hurts when it starts to grow back (Little nasty needle-points)
I'd say go ahead and try it once, it really is a unique look. But if you want to keep doing it, it will be a constant job to maintain it.

I shaved my pubes once because they got incredibly itchy and annoying. I don't know if I looked sexy, but I would say I looked better. I wish I could have done it with a razor, but instead I did it with safety scissors xD (Reason being I don't have enough hair to need a shaver). After that it did hurt when they started to grow back (Like Hawker23 said), until I found a way to stop that, which I won't say. :smirk:

I've shaved my pubes a couple of times: once with a razor and once using hair removal cream. I found the cream to be easier to use and less itchy when things started growing back, but my skin around there was a little irritated for a while. Anyway, I think it's defintely worth trying even if you only do it once. It's kinda fun and it certainly offers a new look that you may or may not like. Why not give it a go?

If you stick with it and shave regularly, the itching isn';t a problem at all. The wife loves it, when we're both freshly shaves, it's a really smooth experience, like nothing in the world

well the answer to that shouldn't be as shallow as whether or not the first person you expect to do something pleasurable for you say's to do it or not. That's all the advise i can give you, otherwise, just decide based on which is more constuctive (Which is more "positive")
