Theres proberly been a few posts on this but i thought a personal response wouldt hurt.Me and my gf have just started having sex, it was a great experiance for both of us. When we started actually having sex as in intercourse (i mean after all the kissing and teasing and undressing) i lasted about 3 minutes before i cum. Is this about right, or too quick? Im just looking for some comparison i suppose! Also girls, how long is to long for you? If a man was 'pumping away' so to speak for over half hour would you get a little bored or is this what you expect?I know sex (well for me anyway, some people may think different) is alot more then just going in and out its the build up aswell that matters but im very curious!Thanx folks

How long is the norm?

I reckon my man, on average, lasts about 6 mins up to about 15 mins maximum without going too quick . . . 3 mins is pretty quick, but nothing unusual - ours was about that when we first started having sex - and if you both enjoyed it then there is no problem If you want it to last a bit longer, try slowing down a bit to stop yourself coming as quick!

Actually 3 minutes for a fully aroused guy is not that quick.I agree, however, that it's all about the foreplay and the buildup to actual ejaculation.

I did think about that when I went offline and realised it wasn't that bad lol I just came back to change it but you'd got there before me!

I'd say each person is different on this, whatever happens happens, if 3 minutes was okay for both of you, then, so be it ... you will last longer with time though, and, if you just carry on after the first time, then, you'll be a little de-sensitised, so, you'll be able to last longer... I wouldn't go by porno vids that last over half an hour though, that is purely just for the "show" of it really, and, whatever feels comfortable to you and your partner is the right amount of time heh hehAnd, good for you, considering all of the build up as well that's what it's all about and the emotion involved ... that's the best way to be Cya laters, have fun, and, remember, stay safe!Dan
