Me and my girl got into a fight over something dumb, but i'm not sure if i should be stubborn about it or not. We were just screwin around, she started taking her hoodie off.. so I was like "yeah just take it all off" and I started lifting up her shirt. She knew it was a joke (my mom was right upstairs), so she just laughed. I kept going with it for like 10 seconds, just goofing around. I thought we were just messing around, but I guess she took it seriously? She then said i was being obnoxious and then said something else.. I don't really remember. So after that, I stopped doing everything. I told her it made me upset, and that i wasnt trying to make her mad.. I thought we were just messing around like always. I won't get into the details, but it was obvious that she was trying to lightly apologize for the rest of the night through her actions. Then while we were saying goodbye she said she was sorry. But we left on bad terms, because she knows that i'm still upset with her, and I didn't call her tonight (we talk every night so this is out of the ordinary).Where should i go from here? I am pretty upset becuase aparently she thinks i'm obnoxious? Normally from anyone else it wouldnt bother me too much, but since it was her who said it, and she actually meant it (i asked her), it bothers me a bit. The thing is, we always goof around like that, she just said that this time it was obnoxious and forceful. Should i just give it up? Or should i wait for her to make it up to me? I am positive i could make things better if i wanted to. But the thing is, I want to make sure she knows that it upset me. Should i make things better, or should i just let them settle for a while, and moreover not do anything until she makes the effort to?And in the mean time, how can i get my mind off of it?Advice please.. Thanks

How to get my mind off of my girl?

It seems like one of those times when peoples feelings are hurt and no one actually knows why or that there was a decent reason for it. You said yourself she was trying to apologise by her actions, and she said it when you two parted, so what more do you want her to do. Things are sometimes said in the heat of the moment that we don't mean, you can't be perfect and have never done that. My advice on this would be to let it go, forget it ever happened and go back to the way things were between you both.........call her if thats what you usually do, talk about stuff you usually do, its not that big a deal, honestly hon life is too short to hold silly grudges, its a total waste of time and will accomplish nothing but each of you being upset.
