Hi, I am a 22 year old guy and have a few questions:1. After sex I get some kind of a muscle pain. My penis gets sore, and I usually have to quit right after I ejaculate. Sometimes my Fiancee wants to go again, and I have to explain that I am sore. Why does it get sore ?2. My penis is also very sensitive. i cant just touch the head with my hand when i have my foreskin pulled back. Anything I can do about sensitivity ?3. I sometimes get what looks like dead skin on my penis. It is white, about 2mm in length and very thin. I wash down there with soap, but if I skip the soap for a day, the white stuff appears. Normally, my penis would itch badly, and then I know that it is back. Know what it might be, and how I can get rid of it ?

Sore after Sex...

Hey bud, I'm uncut too so I know about that foreskin and sensitivity for sure. The more you expose the head of your penis to direct stimulation through masturbation or sexual things, the less sensitive (painful) it will be...may take a while but it'll always be somewhat sensitive..thats the good thing about being uncut. I suspect that the dead skin you're talking about may be similar to smegma. If you wash under there everyday (maybe even several times/day) it should prevent that. However, this may be something else that I'm not familiar with. As to the pain, not quite sure about that one. If you're working hard or in certain positions I suspect you could have some soreness. Is it muscle pain or more "friction" pain? If more friction type are things really lubricated good? IF not some personal lube will help...KY or astroglide do the trick from what I hear.

That white stuff sounds like smegma, which is perfectly normal. Its made up of dead skin cells, oils, pheremones (sexual odors), and drops of residual pee and semen. Just wash it away daily in the shower with the foreskin retracted, and it shouldn't bother you. Its good hygiene to wash it away daily anyway. It's constantly produced everyday, so you need to keep washing it daily.

I thought that it wouldnt be too serious...Is there something I can do about reducing it a little maybe ? I read about applying a few drops of baby oil after a show / bath. It feels bad knowing that it is there, while having sex.
