Does it feel different?
-
Yes, it does feel different (and better) without a condom. However, the better feelings do not outweigh the reasons you are using condoms in the first place (contraception and disease prevention). If you are both free of any STI, however, and can trust each other to remain monagamous, you might try the lambskin (natural) condoms. They feel almost like nothing at all, but do nothing to protect against STI's.

As long as you're not relying on condoms for your sole source of contraception, you should be able to use any type of condom. For more information, you might want to look at this study summary: Non-latex versus latex male condoms for contraception. or
Note, however, that non-latex condoms are not recommended for prevention of STI's. I realize that you responded that you are both clean, but others may read this response without reading the previous message(s). For some more pros and cons, look here:choosing a non-latex condom. -
**I think it feels a lot different for the male and not so much, in my experience for the woman, you can tell but its not a big thing, or it wasn't for me. I think using condoms plus the pill is the safest way to o good on ya  **

It does feel different...I can't stand the things. I know it's only psychological, but it makes me feel out of touch with who I am with. That said, they're the most reliable form of contraception if used properly...so have at it!

> That said, they're the most reliable form of contraception if used properly
That's not true when used as properly as possible, much less the way they're used in the real world. Birth control pills, for instance are much more reliable, and so are IUDs.
Condoms, however, are the most effective method of preventing the spread of STDs.

My bf and I just went through the same decision. First of all like Angel said he felt a pretty big difference and I almost couldnt tell at all. I didnt even have to ask if it felt better for him as he was a lot quicker at climaxing the first couple times, lol. If you do want to follow through with it, like the others said your risk of conception goes up a fair bit just by not using the condoms whether your guy stays inside of you or pulls out.
