PROLOGUE: So recently I had orchiopexy (surgery that decends testicles back to the scrotum)and some other surgery that unattached the foreskin from my glans, it was fused because I have never pulled it down in 11 f-ing years, everything seemed successful. My doctor told me to pull the foreskin down atleast 3 times a days so it doesn't fuse again, drink ALOT of water, and take shower regularly. At first I was so weak that I couldn't drink water, I couldn't stand up from my bed, my dad was helping me to take a piss and stuff, and I did the foreskin stretching shit. After 3 days I was feeling much better and I was doing the stretching and the foreskin on the bootom started fusing with the glans again, I got nervous and started doing the stretching like crazy, when I went to the shower I luckily mangaed to unattach some of it, but the part of it still is attached. MY QUESTION: So after awhile I started noticing smegma producing, so I went to shower cleaned the shit off and everything was fine, then next day it was much worse, there was SO much smegma and it stank so much that it's not even funny. Even though I clean it it comes back next day, my foreskin started to become VERY dry and some black dry bumps started coming, and the foreskin started to become dry. THE FUNNY thing about this all is that smegma was leaking out out of EVERYWHERE and it actually partially unattached the foreskin, looks like my foreskin will be fine soon. So guys, any advice on how to help to stop the segma banwagon?

Smegma overload! HELP!

Are there any follow-up visits? There really should be. I'm wondering if the 'smegma' is actually pus from some infection? It ought to be looked at.To stop re-adhesion, and help separate the adhesion, use a little baby oil while you are stretching.Keep up the stretching until the foreskin can move freely up and down, whether you are soft or hard. It may take a few months.

My foreskin is pulling down fine now, but the smegma is just..... oh..... Any suggestions on how to stop it?

You can't "stop" it... It's probably just an overreaction due to the fact you just started to retract.

Hey BoobObsessedI don't know what it is but I'm sure it's not smegma. Could it be pus, as someone else has mentioned?

About the smegma issue, several things. As you've been told, it's normal, and it's not shit or filth, so there's nothing there that will hurt you. Are you taking antibiotics as a result of your doctor's treatments? If so, for some reason, smegma will increase whilst you are taking them. Also, when you are washing under your foreskin, I hope you are only using clear water, coz soap will destroy the natural ph balance that should be present. It's a body part, just like the rest of your body, you're not scrubbing down for a sterile chamber. Also, having a wash once a day with clear water is plenty, you're not chasing satan here. There are supposed to be natural oils and such under your foreskin, continued washing is, as you've found out going to dry it out and your body will kick into over drive the replace what's supposed to be there.
