Alright... this is about my sleeping patterns, and how to effectively change them. First let me explain:
I just got my GED a little under a month ago. Will be going to college in the fall. Right now I don't have a job. Let's start with what I used to do. I used to say... wake up at 4 PM, stay up until 6 AM, and repeat the process. And sometimes I would even sleep until 5,6,or even 7, staying up until 6-9 AM differing. And if I felt like sleeping later I'd just do it, since I don't really have a reason or any motivation to wake up and do things. I mean I could get a job, but I don't want a job, and certainly don't want to get one simply to change my sleeping habits!
Somehow, I've now gotten into an even stranger worse sleep pattern! Let's say I wake up at 8 AM some day. I'll then stay up for 26-30 hours! And then I'll get around 24 hours of sleep before waking up! (And will sleep even longer sometimes when my mom's friend comes around, because let's face it I don't like the fact that she's probably dating him, because she does things with him and he comes around aaallll the phuxxing time However that isn't the reason for my sleeping habits, just makes me sleep a bit longer sometimes, as if I don't sleep waaaaay too long already!)
I don't have any reason to wake up really, as I don't have much important to do. And I'm not motivated. I'm also one of those people who could set 3 different alarms to go off within a 10 minute period, but just wake up each time, turn them off, and go back to bed!
Any ideas? I'm not sure how to get back into the regular 8 AM to 12 PM type deal. I'm simply just not motivated to wake up or adhere to a regular, normal sleep schedule, and I don't know how to get motivated. Any advice is appreciated.
