Two of the most important muscles to most people, and yet they're the two muscles I find hardest to find ways to train. When people say they "shread" these muscles everyweek, i wonder how they do it, considering between them theres only a few techniques (most coming from triceps). What i'm asking is, can someone experianced give me pointers on how to properly train these two muscles. Thanks in advance!

Biceps and Triceps

Yeah, I've idiotic mates who insist on spending an hour in the gym on Thursdays doing soley "the guns". They'll spend the same amount of time on Tuesday doing back and legs in one go, and that doesn't include squats or deadlift.I personally always find high intensity hits my biceps the best, 21's just made the tendons inside my elbow ache. Normally I do two or three heavy sets of biceps on chest day, and two or three heavy sets of triceps on back day. That way my biceps aren't already tired from assisting in all my back workouts, and I can really punish them with heavy weights.Even with streching I quite often feel them aching the next day, which I don't usually get in my arms.
