Yes, me again, heh.Ok, this time i'm asking about ab and shrug exercises. Firstly, abs. Thing is with abs, is that I can't spend 30 mins to an hour a week focusing on this muscle group, therefore is it adaquate enough for me to practice 200 sit ups a day or every couple of days?Secondly, shrugs. Like my previous post on biceps and triceps, I can only think of two exercises for this muscle, so I use these or simply use one and do say 8 sets?Thanks in advance!
