Clusterd spots on neck of penis
-
It sounds like what you have i believe to be blocked hair follicles on the neck of your penis, but technically they are small cysts (little round balls filled with dead skin cells.) These are common all over the body and no one knows the cause. The assumption that they are "blocked hair follicles" is just an assumption. You can't remove these without some form of surgery, which I emphatically do not recommend, because there's no way to remove them without scarring, and besides, they would just come back. You will, I think, need to come to terms with your having these, as many men do, and ignore them, because they have no significance. It isn't worth it, in my opinion, for you to spend any money, much or little, in a futile attempt to do what cannot and doesn't need to be done. The rash might just be just that. a heat rash. without actually seeing it it's very hard to say what it is...

Take a look at the pictures in teh Male Anatomy thread above and see if it matches anything in there.

Well, if you'[re a virgin, I highly doubt those are an STD. Also especially if you've always had them.Try to describe even more precisely, though -- is it at the underside of the penis, a little below the head, a bunch of white things concentrated in one place on each side of the frenulum? Or are these a series of bumpy things around the rim (corona, crown) of the head?In neither case is it abnormal, or an illness.
-
thank you for your post!yes it is at the underside of the penis, a little below the head, a bunch of white things concentrated in one place on each side of the frenulum. dey seem to be spreading but im not 100% certain. they are also all around my penis below the head in small clusters! any info is greatly apreciated.......noddy

Weren't those he describes the Tyson glands? But regardless of the name (of it OP has one, the other, or both): they're normal and should be left alone and not worried about.
-
Tysons glands are only a couple of spots directly on either side of the frenulum under the glans. I think he's talking about clusters of spots on teh forskin when you retract, which are Fordyce spots.
-
have the samething. and it's happily normal!
-
i actually think these spots are spreading so how could they be normal??there spreading to the tip of my penis and it seems to be on the crown(around the head)these are not normal is there anyway to post photos??because they are to hard to describe
-
Ummm If you have to... But make sure it's cropped properly.PPP and Fordyce spots happen to many guys though so it's really not that unusual.
-
i had a look at ppp. and they look near identical to them any info??
-
Not really. Guys get them. They are not a disease and are not infectious. They are just tiny growths. There is nothing you can do about it either.
-
do they continue to grow &spread?are they contageous??
-
They shouldn't grow or spread too much and they are not contagious.
-
"Not infectious" means not contagious.
