Yeah don't have anything on my penis but i have like idk discoloredment on the spots where pubic hair is. the spots are like a purple color and kind of rasing up a lil bit, it doesn't hurt at all its just there. I have a a couple of other spots above that it red and sore its like a big zit really, i have two of those and thats about it I've never had sex with another person but i do sometimes masterbate can some one help methanks

Keep in mind nobody here is a doctor and no diagnosis can be given over the net.Having said that, from what I can make out in your description it sounds like either and infected hair follicle or a boil, probably the former of the two. It seems a lot of people don't understand that.The only thing masturbation can cause is a little soreness if you get carries away and do it to much.
