I've posted in this forum of my problems for a couple of times.
But lately I've noticed, that my memory is getting really bad. I don't remember, where I put my keys, phone, I even lost my MP3-player.
The weirdest thing is, that I'm already forgetting some words in languages, that I've always known before. I can't speak normally, because I am out of words, that I really should know.
People think that i should concentrate more on what I am doing, but I cant - I just forget my things everywhere as possible. My mom thinks its nothing to worry about, but It bothers me. Does some food help me 'bring back my memory' ?

How old are you? Do you smoke a lot of crack? Are you under a lot of stress? Have you been sniffing a lot of paint? How much sleep do you get? Do you drink a lot bong water? Do you black out or have blurred vision or any other anomalous, seemingly unrelated, type symptoms?

Im 15. I don't smoke crack, i don't drink alcohol or sniff paint.
I usually forget both my own language words and in other languages too. I don't black out or anything, but I don't remember the most things I've done this day. My english was so much better before, I could speak with anyone almost fluently, but now I have to use the help of dictionarys, because I have troubles remembering the right words. When I type a long text, I notice i make huge typos, that I usually have never done. :fearful:

I wrote about this problem, but its not my only one. I have social anxiety too so I have bad relationships with my family, not to mention I have no friends. So yes my life is kind of shit right now. -
Given that I'm a doctor of nothing except bullshit, it sounds like your just stressed to me. You've got a lot of shit in your life and are at a point that your on the cusp of and currently going through a lot of changes, ergo stress. From what you described I doubt it's anything more serious than that but wait around and see what some others on here have to say.
As for the language thing, I wouldn't worry to much about that. I am always getting my languages confused and there are usually at least a couple time during the day that I can't remember the English word for something and can only think of it in another language or vise versa. Worse still I end up speaking in both languages and garbling up the words and not speaking either exactly right. This usually gets worse when I'm stressed.
How much sleep are you getting each night?
The National Sleep Foundation recommends nine and quarter hours of sleep a night for teens. If your not getting enough sleep that can have very noticeable detrimental effect on your cognitive abilities.
