Forskin Problem
-
I'm assuming this isn't the frenulum, which is supposed to be there, and goes to right below the peehole. You can try working at the adhesion each day with a little vegetable oil (which keeps the tissues from resticking). If that doesn't work it will need a doctor to cut it under local anaesthetic.

Im 99.9% sure its not frenelum. This seems to be attachted to the top of my foreskin, and attatch almost directly on my pee hole, ive seen pics of frenelums and im almost positive its an adhesion, im uncircimcised, and ive noticed i have a scar about 2' long on penis, maybe i had an operation or something that im unaware of. None the less, i really dont wanna make this a big thing and go 2 doctor and tell parents, but like i said my girlfriend wants to be sexualy active, and i cant with this thing.

I know it's embarrassing to go to the doctor about it, but some embarrassment is better than letting it rule your sex life.

what should i tell my parents?...and how long do you think the whole process of getting an appointment and getting the skin removed would take?
-
You can tell your parents that your foreskin is stuck to the head of the penis, or just make something up, if you prefer. How long it takes to get an appointment depends on things like what country you're in. The procedure of cutting the adhesion is very simple, and shouldn't take more than a few minutes. I'm not sure whether or not a family doctor would do that, or if he would send you to a urologist. If you haven't had a medical check-up for a long time, this would be a good time for one.

Just making sure, how much can you pull that skin down?
-
I can only pull the foreskin to rite below the pee hole, not even really close to getting it over the entire head, the skin seems a little bit tight also, prob due to the fact that the foreskin is attachted and never was able to go down.

So it appears to be attached both at the top (above the peehole) and at the bottom (under the peehole -- this one being the frenulum)? Also, try one thing when you're in a safe place and need to pee (i.e. the shower) : try to hold the tip of the skin shut with your fingers and fill it up /gently!/ from inside. If it balloons up properly, things are okay and we're having a different problem altogether. If it hurts, then obviously you must release the skin.
