I'm terrible sorry, but I couldn't find anywhere else that this would go under. I'm sure some of you know what pregnancy is like. I need personal opinions! I got my Depo-Provera shot on Nov. 15. Exactly 2 days later I had protected sex. (Condom may have been ripped) Then, on Jan. 7, had unprotected sex,(only 1 month and 23 days on Depo) and I let him ejaculate in me. 5 days later, I started to get a light bleeding, VERY light, and a dark red, but stopped after about 45 min. Later that night, I had sex 3 times, unprotected, let him ejaculate in me. 2 days later, same thing. ONE day later, I started to have a light reddish/brown. It was so light to where it wouldn't fill a tampon up. I started to have slight cramps whenever I would orgasm. The light bleeding lasted for 12 days. End, and may start up again, today. Between though, it would stop for a few hours, then start again. On about the 20th, I started to get REALLY tired. Eating a TON more. Every now and then, slight cramps. A few of my symptoms:Breasts are swollen, semi-sensitive breasts, nipples huge, stomach semi-firm, weight gain, sickness after I eat and at the same time everyday(night),sensitive to light, sensitive to smells, mild headachs, feels like I have a fever, funny feeling in lower stomach, and fainting. Well, I also realized that it takes 6-12 days after conception for the egg to do something. (forgotten what it was) and then light bleeding occurs. It was 8 days after we had sex that everything started. If I am, I am 2 weeks and 5 days along. Add the extra 2 weeks(When the baby is concieved, it is concidered 2 weeks old) and I am a month along. Well, took 3 HPT and a clinic urine test. All Negative! But, at the time, I didn't realize that it is too early to tell. My HGC level was probley low. And you have to wait up to 7 days after your supposed period. My last normal period was on dec. 31. Meaning I have to wait on Feb. 7 to see. But, I just need some opinions. Is my mind playing tricks on me? Is it depo? Or am I pregnant?

Maybe Pregnant. Please read! Need Opinions!

If your last period was December first, shouldn't your next one be due around Tuesday? There are now pregnancy tests (that you can get at the pharmacy) that can tell if you're pregnant sooner than 7 days after (like EPT? not sure of the brand(s)).Edit: If you Google early pregnancy test, there's some interesting information. It's pretty complicated stuff. It seems like most of the symptoms you've described are way too early. Also, doesn't depo provera have a pretty low failure rate?

Yes. Although, that is only on the first few days. Its REAL percentage of not getting pregnant is 93%. The longer your on it, the more the percentage drops until you get your next shot. You have to get the shot at least twice for it to be better efective at it. It is said the women who have not have the shot at least twice, 1 out of 100 get pregnant. Thats not very much. And you start to see those types of symptoms within 1 week to 12 weeks. As I stated, they say light bleeding occurs when the egg becomes or deos something. I have seem to forgotten. And that it happens within 6-12 days as I stated. Thats within the first 2 weeks! I did find someone that had a sister that got pregnant 6 times on depo, and once without. There was a friend of mine who was on it for a 3 months, got pregnant. Oh! I meant Dec 31 !! My fault on that one. Terrible sorry. Also, there was a women that found out she was pregnant at 3 weeks.

Just want to make sure that it's clear that the percentage risk of pregnancy is over the course of a year (by convention).
