Hey There!I'm Rob and I'm a 20 years old white male. I've always had a problem with pulling my forskin back but have started the stretching techniques and was able to get some of that cream. Today after I finished urinating I started pulling my foreskin back and I could pull it over the head, but I didn't want to. I'm afraid it'll get stuck so I stopped. So i'll keep doing the stretching techniques for another 3-4 months (Just started 2 days ago). But I seem to have a vein that when I try to pull the skin back, the vein starts to get darker.. is this gonnabe a problem??I noticed that under my foreskin at the tip I have a yellowish substance. I don't know if it's smegma or fordyce spots. I tried rubbing it away with a towel that was wet, but they wouldnt' come off. I do have an ordor, which I presume is smegma from under the skin that I cannot pull back yet. How can I tell if it's smegma? Can I post a picture of the bumps??Thanks!!!

Some Questions...

Hey Rob, welcome! Your stretching time is going to depend on how tight things are there. My advice, be patient and consistent with the streching and follow some of the tips we've posted here. Don't be afraid of getting it caught behind the head. If you're erect and that happens, gently squeeze the head of your penis, that will prevent more blood from flowing into it and it will become less firm allowing the foreskin to slip back over. Having some lotion handy might help with making things more slippery if that should happen. That odor is from smegma, you'll need to retract that foreskin and work with it a bit if there is a buildup. You can soak in warm/hot water to help loosen it...be sure to have it exposed though. Another thing that works well is anything oil based, baby oil, hand lotion etc will help break it down. Rather than post a picture of your penis, why not see if you can do some research on several things on the web. This may be fordyce spots, sebaceous glands or pearly penile papules. See what you come up with and then we'll see if we can help. However, those are common and nothing you did to get them, nothing you can do to get rid of them either, just part of the package for some of us. Hope this helps, good luck and keep in touch!

Thanks for the warm welcome. Yea I'll keep stretching it. I had a physical exam about uhh 8 months ago and I told the doc that I couldn't pull my foreskin back and he said "could you hav before?" and I said "no" and he said "ok because there is a disease that if you pull it back, it'll get stuck". And I'm scared that it'll get stuck lol. I asked him what choices I had with a tight foreskin and he said circumcision and I asked if there were any other methods, and he said no. So That ended pretty quickly and I decided to attempt to see if I can fix this issue before visitng a urologist. Would Baby Care Baby Oil With Vitamin E Hypoallergenic be a good way to help loosen the smegma? The thing is, I don't "see" any of it, tho I can't retract my foreskin. I can see the glad, but can't pull the skin before it (yet). The only thing I see are those yellowish "bumps" on the inside of the foreskin. How do I applythe oil? Just rub it in? Everyday? How long before it starts to break up and I can remove it?I've done as much research looking at pictures of what smegma could look like and nothing looks like mine. They look a little like Fordyce spots , but it's hard to tell as it looks like a "buildup". I also think I have excessive foreskin. It's not thin, it's thick and completly covers the the head of my penis when not errect. When errect, I have to pull it back to expose the head, but still can't pull it behind.I'll keep stretching. Thanks!!!

(^)&&^%(^ Doctors....all they want to do is cut on things.OK, done with my ranting. You'll be better off trying to remove any smegma when you're able to retract that foreskin some. You've really got to get the oil onto the smegma buildup and let it work. No, not daily, probably just a one or two time application. Also, since you're not able to retract that foreskin, those spots you're seeing may actually be smegma, but pearly penile papules could be there as well. So, keep working with things and ask questions as you'd like. Good luck!

This thread has a picture of Fordyce spots. Maybe it's similar to yours.http://www.afraidtoask.com/forums/showflat.php?Cat=&Board=UBB2&Number=113103&page=0&view=collapsed&sb=5&o=&fpart=1
