right guys after hearing ppl at school and seeing stuff for myself im positive ive got phimosis, ive tried many times in naturally stretching the foreskin back yet the best ive got so far is poor (not even half way down my glans) my glans seems to reshape as i pull on the foreskin preventing any more improvement i dont feel pain but it does feel uncomfortable, is it necassary for me to be able to have my foreskin fully retracted?

Welcome to A2A, dark0.If your foreskin cannot fully retract it could get pushed down by sex and then get stuck behind the head. You will find it feels better if it retracts properly. If you can get it halfway down the head you are not doing badly, and a bit of attention to regular gentle stretching should fix it in a few months. Have a look at the stretching thread.

sounds like its goin to be a long and uncomfortable process but thx for the help

Not necessarily long -- one of my friends wasn't able to pull the skin back at all last summer, and by november (if I remember correctly) he was able to pull down, albeit rather uncomfortably, when he was soft. Currently he can happily expose the head whenever he sees fit, with only little tightness remaining when he's erect.
My personal favourite method is pulling the skin out forwards (rather than pulling back and exposing the head), and stretching it open with one's fingers (only as much as it doesn't cause pain, of course). It's safe and works wonders if done regularly and with the right amount of strength.

is it best for me to use the stretching methods when im flaccid or hard?

Using the methods described above with the fingers: flaccid.Retracting/pulling back : erect.
