Freakin people using their cell phones in the check out line just upsets me. I am a cashier, and you can't freakin talk to no one when they are on the phone, they mouth things to you, so you better be prepared to read lips. It frustrates me alot and I find it very rude. When you are in the check out lane, and are paying for your crap you decided to buy, get off the damn phone!!!(sorry, just had to vent)

Cell phones in stores

Hah you should be allowed to tell them to get off the effing phone! I work in electronic retail and my companies policy is "greet EVERY customer" you can't do that to people on cell phones, you know why? THEY will get pissed you just interupted their "important" phone calls (about things they shouldnt be talking about in public anyway!) to let them know you're there to help them! Heh, multi-person rant!
-
Haha, I feel ya. When I worked at Walmart last summer, I would get irritated when customers do that. I just wanted to grab their phones and stomp on them.
-
Better yet beat them to the ground with- too violant?
-
Soooooooooooooooooooo Freakin glad I am not the only one that feels this way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am so with ya on the talking about stuff that should be talked only in private too, I don't want to hear somethings that some people say.
Drives me crazy!!!!

People who walk around with Bluetooth devices in their ears look pretty stupid as well. I mean, who is that important that they have to have that shit attached to their ears at all times? Sorry. I went on a tangent.

My mom keeps her cell on her at all times. She has to answer it. It could be a potential client. The only time she don’t have it is when she’s giving lessons and in the show ring. When she’s done she’ll check for messages. Me.. I hate my cell phone. I sometimes “forget” it at home a lot on purpose. lol I have never seen anyone get checked out talking on there phone but it pisses me off when people get on there stupid phones during a movie. I paid freaking money to a see a movie I’d like to listen to it and pay attention to it and not hear about there phone call. I’ve seen the people walking around wit ear phone things too. The first time I thought the lady was talking to me. She was like hey! I thought she was saying hey to me till she started talking more to the other person on the phone. lol no one talking on the phone really bothers me except in the movies.

People with those 'bluetooth' things in their ear are sometimes even worse than people with cell phones, cause you don't know they have a phone and just talking about some off the wall thing, or so you think, until you realize they have a freakin phone thingy in their ear. That throws me off too.

Holding a cell phone to your head all the time may (or may not) cause medical problems, so sometimes people use headsets to avoid the risk. Now the question is, can a wireless headset cause medical problems?
-
I for one hate it when people do that! So what do I do in return, talk as loud as possible or make unnecessary noises until they either hang up or tell the person they're talking with to hang on a second. Bugs the crap outta me!! Grrrr!
-
I totally feel ya. Where I work, people are constantly ordering food while talking on their cell phones, and its annoying as hell trying to get their attention to ask them stuff, especially when theres a long line. Although, thats not half as bad as the occasional freeloaders i get there.
-
Actually I work at the gap.. and we are told to watch people on their cellphones because thats when loss is at its peak. People think you will just leave them alone and just ignore them and then they steal the clothes.. or they are on the phone with another person in the store telling them whats going on and when to grab something.I hate it!

i know its soooo annoying!! i work at a movie rental store, and we have to greet everyone, and some of them come in and just walk right by me when i say hi...i feel like kicking them in the head. then they come up to the cash with their movies and still on the phone, talking to whomever, and i have to ask a shitload of questions to them, and they just look at me like im interrupting them!! soo annoying! o and then, once i get their movies rented to them, they tell me that the person on the phone doesnt want the movie they got, then i gotta do it all over again cries

we have to greet everyone, and some of them come in and just walk right by me when i say hi...i feel like kicking them in the head. Oh, I really hate that! I think that if I take the time to stop and greet a person when they come in the least they could do is say a simple "Hi" back. At my job, everyone gets a "Hello" and a "Have a nice day!" because my boss says so, but does anyone ever acknowledge it? No, because they're such up tight ass-hats they can't pull thier thumbs out thier ass long enough to notice that someone else is talking to them. Gah, I hate my job! lol
