please i really wanna lose weight i weigh like 200 and me and my sis are going on a diet on monday, how do i get motivated, what should i eat, what exorsizes please help

set reasonable goals and dont get frustrated. keep the big goal in mind too, although a pizza looks better than celery, youll regret it the next day. its not easy but once you see changes it will be motivating. best of luck!

The best motivation is results, and for results you need to work hard for at least a month.Your sister and you should sit down and make a promise to work your butts off, and eat properly for at least a month. If one of you gives up, or says decides they're not working out today, that's when the other should step up and push them. Motivate each other, don't worry about motivating yourself.

I would say there are a few things to do. I am currently trying to lose weight myself. I have been trying since New Years. Remember it’s not a “Diet” but a “Lifestyle” change. Allow yourself the ability to have the things you like but only in moderation. If you like Pizza, then instead of eating 5 -6 pieces of pizza, have a nice salad a huge glass of water and one piece of pizza. This is what has helped me so far. I don’t know about you, but I am an emotional eater. When I get upset or stressed out I go looking for comfort food like the sweet things. Cookies, Cake, Pie, Ice cream, pudding. Chocolate syrup… The list is endless. The first thing I did was get rid of all of the sweet things in the pantry and house. I have very little will power when it comes to sweats.I stopped drinking soda and sweat tea and only drink water. I drink a lot of water. I went to the store and bought 8 huge bottles of water (1 quart each) and drink them everyday. Refill them before I go to bed and they are ready for the next day. I walk everyday for 1 hour on the treadmill. Now I don’t go at a crazy fast pace, but I do go fast enough to raise my heart rate. I eat a lot of protein and try to watch my carb intake and absolutely NO cards after 7:00pm. I have lost 11.5 pounds so far but I have a very, very long way to go. The hardest part was getting into a routine, giving up the caffeine and eating smarter and healthier. If I go out on Saturday night with my friends fall off the wagon so to speak, I get back into the routine as soon as possible and try harder next time. I know I didn’t get this way over night. It took many, many years to put this weight on. It’s not going to come off over night. My daughter is graduating this may. I want to look good for her graduation when everyone shows up. That is one of my goals. I want people who haven’t seen me in a few years say “Wow! You look great!” I wanna hear that!Good luck and drop me a line if you need some support. You can do it!

The key to loosing weight as Roc said is LIFESTYLE.Do NOT binge diet, its not healthy, also your body thinks that it is starving so while you may loose weight in the short term it'll come back just as quick!Basically you gain weight from consuming more calories than your body needs. Try to work out what you eat on a daily basis and cut your calorie intake by 20% to start with. I dont think it matters too much what it is you eat, the key is MODERATION.Excersise - it doesent have to be going to the gym (but if u can do!) Get a pedometer (counts how many steps you take). How many steps do you currently take? Aim to do between i THINK you should be aiming for about 8,000 steps a day, the more the merrier. The more physical activity you do the better basically! Excersise not only burns off calories but speeds up your metabolism and the better at excersise you get the more you can burn faster.Hope it helps! Good luck guys (and Roc)!
