i was wondering, whats a good protien thing to include in a at home shake? i was talking to this one dude today and he mentioned something that was called like...protein oferum..it started with an o thats all i know. but basicaly im looking for a shake i can make when im on the go. but at the same time i want to stay clear from steroid crap, basicly from the stuff that my body doesnt need. and yea obviously i dont know much about protien shakes or powders either.
