Ive noticed that people with six packs have all different kinds. Some pop out alot, some a little, some almost none, and Im not sure how people decide which ones to get. Does it depend on your stomach size, or the type of exercises you do? Also, I heard once you put muscle over fat its almost impossible to lose the fat, is this true? I know for sure I want one, and I think I want the one that doesnt really pop out. I guess what im trying to figure out is if I want that type do I need to make my stomach flat first, then put on the muscle, or should I start putting on the muscle now.
Different six packs
The muscle is under the fat, and you can't put more muscle over the fat. Exercises can make the muscle bigger; general exercise plus attention to diet can make the fat less. To get the sort that pop out, you need big muscles and virtually no fat - which may be going too far.
