I think the doctor option is the safer one. Molluscum can spread if you're not careful, and if that's what it is. It may well be a cyst of some sort, though.

i read somewhere that it could be caused because of friction?i have a mild form of exhima, probably spelt wrong but watever, could that be because of it? How can you catch mollucum if u've never had sex?

Molluscum is USUALLY transferred by sexual contact in adult-hood, but it's not uncommon to get it through other means.
Children are known to get Molluscum; it's transferred by skin-to-skin contact, and, depending on whether the core was exposed or not, you can get it from clothing, towels etc of someone who has it.

so can it spread to other parts? what should i do
thanks

You should do exactly what ineliglble todl you to do yesterday, see a doctor, let him make the decision on whta it is, that is why they went to medical school and they have countless options and opinions that are not open to us. How can you treat something that your not certain what it is ? what if your not right about what it is and you end up doing something that makes it far far worse ?Its a medical issue, seek medical help.

Although I agree with Gravity Killer...if molluscum is what it is, it can spread if you disturb it (Scratching, popping it) so just leave it alone until the doctor can ID it. If he says it's molluscum he'll probably tell you how to treat it; there are other options, though (Come back to us with the results)
