Rehab is for serious addictions. In this case, I'd recommend you look up your local alcoholics anon, and see if they have one for teenagers. You won't be preached at, or told you're evil etc etc; it's very casual. FYI: AA is NOT Christian or anything like that, they literally religiously neutral (they just hold meetings in churches because they offer them the space) so you don't have to worry some priest nattering on, etc.As for the drugs, there are some branches of narcotics anonymous, but my experience has shown NA to be rather ineffective, and sometimes counter-productive. I wish I could recommend something discreet and not too intensive...most of my resources are for the seriously addicted, older population.

> they literally religiously neutral
Are you familiar with the second and third of the twelve steps? It's kind of a problem if you're not religious, although they may be neutral with respect to one theistic religion versus another.
There are non-religious addiction treatment programs, some of which I listed in this forum a while ago, but which I can't find becuase with the new BB software, the search function is nearly useless.

Understood, Steve...You aren't required to do any of the 'god' stuff; it just happened when AA was formed and no one seems to have a hard-on to change it.I have known more than a small number of people who are hard-core atheist, or agnostic (or even another religion) that go to AA and don't have a problem.

but the thing is im not an alcoholic...

You don't have to be diagnosed; AA doesn't treat alcoholism...it's a support group for those who want to stop drinking, regardless of reason.
