Hi, I am 14 years old turning 15 next month. I am about 5'5 and 200lbsI gained lots of weight since september since i grew about 2 inches taller. I really want to loose weight. Even if i get down to about 180, i will be happy.Does anyone have a good plan or something?. I honestly do not look like i weight 200. I look like i weight around 180. Now what should i do? I know some of you on here can help me. I drink water all the time. Also, i have a question. I was eating chicken/fries every day at school but a month ago i stopped.. ( i never eat breakfeast) which means during the week i wasnt eating breakfeast or lunch. And a month ago i weighted 195lbs. How is it possible that i gained 5lbs by eating less? please someone help me. thankstom

I think losing fat is more about exercising that eating. Find an aerobic activity that you like and do it for 20 minutes 3 times a week and you will lose fat.

if i ran a mile a night on the treadmil and did some sit ups and push ups u think that will be good?

If you really want a structured setup, go to your doctor and they can give you one, running, biking are good workouts, its not about how long the length of your run is, it's how hard you work, if your sweating and working hard then its good. At your height you should probably be at about 115-130 depnding on your body.

- Do a lot of aerobic exercise (e.g. running, sprinting, cycling, swimming etc.) for at least 20 min daily. Let your body rest for 2-3 days per week.2. Cut down fastfood and junk food. They contain a lot of calories, fat and sugar, which will only add to your weight. Make sure you eat 3 healthy meals a day CONSISTENTLY.3. Success in dieting doesn't occur overnight, so don't get down if you don't see the results you want to have. Keep exercising and eating healthy, and you should be in good shape.

This may sound weird, but please start eating breakfast. That way you will be able to eat a little less food for the rest of the day. Also, exercise daily, or try going to a gym. Don't worry about your weight that much, and stop eating bread.

Not eating breakfast is a bad idea. Studies have shown that people not eating breakfast are more likely to snack throughout the day and end up gaining more weight. As far as running and things like that go, to have an impact, you need to run at least 40 minutes. But I agree about seeing a professional for a good diet and exercise routine.
