I'm not the one arguing here, they started insulting my intelligence adn they continue to do so, but I won't be brought down to their level, and much of the htings I say here come from qualified experts who have been woring their whole lives with this.

but see the thing is, if somebody knows from experience, its much more accurate than information that someone else tells you. things can easily get mixed up that way, and get all confusing. where as helmsie knows because he has the experience to show for his knowledge about this stuff.i dunno..

On a contentious issue, while educational qualifications and personal experience are both useful, neither are always reliable. The value of a teaching qualification depends on what was taught, how well the person learnt it, and whether he/she is able to keep up-to-date; all of these can be less than ideal. Personal experience can be affected by individual idiosyncrasy (since it's usually a sample of one), and other factors changing simultaneously (since it's not a controlled experiement). To decide contentious issues needs an appeal to the authority not of people, but of proper studies whose methodology can be critically examined. Some studies and reviews I've found in the recent literature through PubMed:Scientific basis and practical aspects of creatine supplementation for athletesEffects of creatine supplementation on the performance and body composition of competitive swimmersThe effect of creatine supplementation upon inflammatory and muscle soreness markers after a 30km raceEffect of creatine ingestion after exercise on muscle thickness in males and femalesIs the use of oral creatine supplementation safe?Effect of low-dose, short-duration creatine supplementation on anaerobic exercise performanceCreatine monohydrate and resistance training increase bone mineral content and density in older menEffects of creatine supplementation on aerobic power and cardiovascular structure and functionCreatine supplementation improves muscle strength in patients with congestive heart failureCreatine supplementation does not enhance submaximal aerobic training adaptations in healthy young men and womenEffects of creatine monohydrate supplementation on body composition and strength indices in experienced resistance trained women
