It may sound odd but Im quite skinny and Im not happy with the way my body looks, Im 15 and My ribs and hip bones stick out...I have a waist and stuff I just wish I could put on a bit more weight all over. What would be the best way about this? Can I just say I eat loads!!! Im always hungry! Lol..I guess I just have a fast metabolism.I also dont like how small my breasts are, and am hoping that if i put on a bit more weight then they would maybe fill out a bit??I go dancing quite a bit.Any help would be much appreciated, thanks! =]

I've heard conflicting opinions about this: some say that eating many times makes one fat, some say that eating many times makes one's metabolism faster. So I'm not sure which one to suggest (and if someone could clear this up, I'd be glad).But I guess that "just" putting on weight wouldn't be really healthy. Since you're in the middle of your teens, you're growing, which can be a contributing factor of eating a lot and yet no noticeable weight gain -- maybe all that energy is being used up by your growing body as you age.What I have in mind though, is maybe a little bit of work-out, to put on some muscle -- I don't mean becoming Miss Titan or something XD Just a little more on the muscle front; it's a fix against your thinness, and it's not unhealthy either.As for your breasts, hmm, you're only 15 -- we guys have a lot of difference as to when our danglies start to grow, so I'd expect you folks having the same kind of difference between each other. Don't get stressed about it, you might get a fuller pair soon enough.

Im quite muscular already cause I do a lot of Dancing.. So I dont really wanna work out any more =[I have quite a defined waist but I just want a bit more shape to me if you get me.. And I dont want my bones to stick out as much! Lol, So I don't really know what to do apart from maybe eat more =S

wow are you me? well except for a few things. I am 15 but I'll be 16 tomorrow. and I'm a dancer too for about... 9 years now I'd say. and I'm quite slim, very fast metabolism because I eat more than 3 full grown men, my mom calls me the bottomless pit stomach lol. I don't necessarily have problems with the chest area, matter of fact I could give some of that away, along with the rear. but wolfing down a bunch of junk food isn't going to do much but make you gain weight in the worst areas. if you want to make your ribs not stick out and show so much bone try eating meaty foods, or thick.. I can't even remember what is I ate? but do curl ups and that should definately help spread things out. Mashed potatoes!! they worked for me, a little too well but those help some. as for your chest just give it some time to grow. I started out this school year as a b cup and I'm practically moving on towards a d. not good, at all. the same might happen for you. give it time.

The best suggestion?
EAt meals with lots of calories, oily fish and pastas are the best, you will gain weight, it doesnt help that you dance but DON'T stop, its keeps you in shape.
You might want to talk to your doctor and he could setuo an appointment with a nutritionist.

Putting on muscle mass will help, but that means more things like weight lifting, and a protein support diet. Dancing is REALLY healthy, don't give that up! In time your shape will change, and you will be wishing you were thin again.
