Hi guys, I'm 17 years old and only weigh around 120 (usually a bit less) I'm 5'10" which, according to my BMI, suggest I am "Under-weight". I'd like to gain about 30 pounds. My question is, will I see results by just counting my calories and increasing this by a significant amount? How much can I expect to gain in, say 3 months if I increase my calorie intake?Thanks.

depends on how much you increase it by. if you lift or do some physical activity while your at it you may just gain even more.

You'll definately see results if you increase your calorie intake by a significant amount. It'll be an increase in fat, not muscle mind you.Use http://www.fitday.com if you're really interested in counting calories.
