Obviously it's not very common as I had trouble finding any information on it too.
Apparently, 15 guys got that name in 1999\.
[\#561 Misael (268), Mizael (15) Total 283 ][0]
I really couldn't find any meaning either... I'd guess like Helsman said.. it's similar to the name Micheal or Michele (I don't know if you are a girl or guy)
[Here's a neat program that shows the popularity of your name through time.][1]

I've searched a number of Bibles in various languages, including Spanish, Portuguese, French, Haitian Creole and Tagalog, without finding the name used anywhere. My suspicion is, though, that it's a variant of "Michael" in some language (in Spanish and Portugese, however, the equivalent of Michael is Miguel).

It's a common brazilian name, version of Michael. Mizaela is Michelle
-
hm yea i always figured it was a remixed version of that name. did you find out a meaning or anything??

From the link that sdp posted I find (in http://www.behindthename.com/php/view.php?name=michael ):From the Hebrew name מִיכָאֵל (Mika'el) which meant "who is like God?". This is the name of one of the seven archangels in Hebrew tradition and the only one identified as an archangel in the Bible. In the Book of Revelation in the New Testament he is portrayed as the leader of heaven's armies, and thus is considered the patron saint of soldiers. There are actually quite a few Michaels in the Bible: see http://www.biblegateway.com/topical/topical_resource.php?source=1&tid=3345Mizael will have the same signification, since it's just a variant.
