ive been doing the same workout routine for honestly almost about a yr now and its done really well for me(ive gained about 15 lbs from it) but now im looking for a new routine. ive looked at the link above which is great, but i just dont know how to put it together? if that makes any sense...becuase ive heard and read about people doing like 5 different excercises that work out the same muscle everytime so it becomes rigorous and useless instead of helpful. so can anyone offer me a preferibly 4 day workout?? or maybe help me use that site to set up a smart routine?

Are you looking for strength training or more aerobic outdoor types of things? If you're looking for a change, it's something you might want to consider. As well as if you want a little of both, or what your over all goal is.

hey yea i saw that excersice a while back and tried it, but i dont know it started hurting my anterior deltoids really bad so i got off of it. and to answer the other question, im deff. doing strength. my goal is to be 180, when i started i was at 155 and now im about about 170 give or take
