i recently heard that a few years ago there was a medical study, testing implanting furry tails on humans. i was wondering if this is true and if so where can i get info on it because i have always wanted a tail.

I guess this is a fetish...

It sounds like a myth or a leg-pull to me. There has been at least one case where an animal organ was transplanted into a human (a baboon heart), but it wasn't very successful. Transplants require you to take anti-rejection drugs for the rest of your life to suppress your immune system, and that makes you very susceptible to diseases.
There have been a few furries on here.

I don't know of any medical study and have never heard of any animal like tail on a person but I did meet a few gonzo piercers at a tatt show that did body modification. Shit like implanted surgical steel spikes in your head, split tongues and such. The one I met had implants behind his eyebrows so that they had a funky alien look... I think he was going for a lizard look. I seem to remember something about a tail implant but I don't think it's like anything your looking for. It was kinda a stub more than a tail.Anyway that's as much as I know about the whole body morphing thing. I would suggest talking to some people in the body modification community to find more information. Check out some tattoo magazines or talk to some tatt & piercing guys they might be able to point you to someone that knows more about such things.

I don't get why anyone would want a tail. It would only get in your way (even if a successful surgery could be done) and I don't think you would be able to move.

I don't get it either but then again I don't get a lot of shit people do. It doesn't matter to me one way or the other what they do as long as it ain't effecting me.I'll just stand on the curb and enjoy the show.
